The company TDV Industries
Presentation of the company :
Operating in the textile industry since 1866, TDV Industries was
established in Laval in 1950 in order to practice, in a favourable
environment, its three areas of expertise: spinning,
weaving and dyeing, and to produce
100% cotton and blends of cotton/polyester and other fibers fabrics.
TDV Industries is now one of the largest European manufacturers
specialised in fabrics for work and protective
clothing.
By carrying out all production on the same site, from fibres to
dyed fabrics, finished and stabilised, TDV Industries
is able to control quality at all stages of the production process
under the best performance and monitoring conditions.
As well as ensuring qualitative follow-up, the rational organisation
of each workshop allows the fastest possible response and the adapting
of production to the market's demands.
In the highly competitive textile sector, TDV Industries invests
each year, a significant proportion of its turn-over.
This sustained financial investment ensures that our machines remain
modern, competitive and of high capacity. Our equipment is always
selected with the utmost care according to guarantees in terms of
production, quality and reliability.
A real partnership has been founded with the best textile equipment
manufacturers. Thanks to this partnership the company works with
a powerful, reliable and high performance tool offering a real security
to workwear manufacturers and users.

The production process is monitored at each stage through
procedures drawn up within the framework of ISO 9001: 2000. |
For TDV Industries, total quality depends not only on the daily
application of ISO certification, but also on its wish to guarantee
the ecological soundness of its products.
All the fabrics within the range are therefore OEKO TEX
Standard 100 Group II certified.
The respecting of human ecology is only one aspect of ecological
concerns as a whole and TDV Industries takes great care in
its treatment of the site where its products are manufactured.
The careful selecting of suppliers and the recycling of industrial
waste are therefore a priority.
